Immunity Boosting Tea: 

  • ½ a lime, round slices
  • ½ a lemon, round slices 
  • 1 cinnamon stick 
  • 1 Tbsp ginger 
  • 1 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 Tbsp honey 
  • 2 green tea bags 
  • 1 Tbsp of sea moss 
  • 1 to 1.5 cups hot water 

Combine all dry ingredients, and top off with hot water. Keep covered, and allow tea bags to steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Pour into your favorite mug. Find a quiet, cozy spot to sip mindfully & enjoy!
