Immunity Boosting Tea:
- ½ a lime, round slices
- ½ a lemon, round slices
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 Tbsp of sea moss
- 1 to 1.5 cups hot water
Combine all dry ingredients, and top off with hot water. Keep covered, and allow tea bags to steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Pour into your favorite mug. Find a quiet, cozy spot to sip mindfully & enjoy!
